A new, single-use spatula is used for every application — it never goes back into the wax after touching skin, so wax is never double-dipped. The couch roll on the treatment bed is changed for every client, and surfaces and equipment are disinfected between appointments. José works in gloves throughout every treatment. Care for sensitive and reactive skin
Male skin in intimate areas is thin and reacts easily, so the approach is built around protecting it. Hot wax grips the hair rather than the skin, which reduces pulling and irritation compared with strip wax. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, a skin condition, or have reacted to waxing before, tell José when you book — a patch test can be done beforehand to check how your skin responds.
