By José Wilker, founder of Male Waxing London, Harlesden NW10. Data collected and compiled August 2026.
We checked the published prices of 50 London businesses offering male waxing, manscaping or Brazilian wax for men, and found that only 5 of them — 1 in 10 — show a clear price for a male waxing treatment anywhere on their website. Everyone else asks you to book a consultation, request a quote, or call to find out. For a treatment most men are already nervous about, that is a strange amount of friction to put in front of a simple question: what does it cost?
We are not aware of a published price comparison for male waxing in London, so we built one. The dataset behind this page comes from the same competitor set we use to track the local market: 56 businesses within roughly 15km of Harlesden that offer male waxing, manscaping or Brazilian wax for men, sourced from Google Places (New) on 5 August 2026, 55 of them with a working website. Excluding our own listing, we attempted to check every competitor site's homepage, plus a linked price page where the site had an obvious one, for any price attached to a male, men's or intimate-for-men waxing treatment. We successfully retrieved content from 50 of them — a gap of 4, accounted for by one dead domain, one page that returned a server error, and one website shared by two separate listings (both excluded, since a shared site cannot be checked twice).
5 of the 50 sites we checked (1 in 10) published a clear price for a male waxing treatment. A further two showed a partial or adjacent result — gendered pricing for non-intimate areas only, with no price for a male intimate treatment, or a men's-branded salon that does not offer intimate treatments at all — which we note separately below rather than counting as full publishers. The remaining 43 showed no price at all for this category on the pages we could reach.
| Business | Area | Full body (male) | Intimate / Brazilian / Hollywood (male) | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Male Waxing London (us) | Harlesden NW10 | £160 | £35 (front or back only), £50 (front & back) | malewaxinglondon.co.uk/prices |
| X-it Body Hair Removal | Soho | from £180 | £65 (Boyzilian), £100 (back, sack & crack) | xit-soho.com |
| Macho Waxing | — | £180 (back, chest, sac & crack) | £50 (Hollywood, sac only) | machowaxing.com |
| The Brazilian Hot Wax Company | — | — | £72 (Male Brazilian), £80 (Male Hollywood) | thebrazilianhotwaxcompany.co.uk |
| Wax & Massage | Islington | £200 (headline price); a separate page on the same site says "from £15" | included in full-body price | waxandmassage.co.uk |
| MAN-LAB | — | from £16 ("top to toe & everything in between") | not itemised separately | man-lab.co.uk |
Two more businesses came close but did not make the table above. Waxing London, in Hammersmith (waxing-london.co.uk), publishes a full price list but the only male-labelled lines on it are "Men's back wax — £36" and "Men's chest wax — £36" — no intimate pricing. And a separate business also called "Male Waxing London" (malewaxing-london.com), based in Crouch Hill and run by a female therapist, publishes detailed facial and body waxing prices but does not offer intimate male waxing at all. We flag the second one because the naming collision is itself a finding: two unrelated businesses trading as "Male Waxing London" makes clear, location-specific branding ("Harlesden NW10") more useful to anyone searching than the name alone.
Two things stood out while building this table. First, "from" pricing was common among the few sites that published anything at all — MAN-LAB and Wax & Massage both lead with a low anchor figure that does not tell you what a full, itemised treatment costs. Second, Wax & Massage's own site is internally inconsistent, quoting £200 on the homepage and "from £15" on the linked service page for what reads like the same treatment — exactly the kind of confusion a published, fixed price list is meant to avoid.
Price transparency is not a small detail for this category. Male waxing, and especially intimate male waxing, is a treatment a lot of first-time clients are already anxious about booking. Not knowing the cost until you have already made contact adds a second layer of hesitation on top of the first. A salon that publishes a full, fixed price list is making a small trust statement before the client ever walks in: no surprises, no negotiation, no "it depends" once you are already in the chair.
At Male Waxing London, every price is listed in full on the prices page — intimate waxing from £35, a full Hollywood (front and back) at £50, and a full-body wax at £160, using Hive of Beauty professional hot wax in a private, male-only studio in Harlesden. That transparency is also why we could build this comparison in the first place: it only works if at least one side of it is fully priced.
If you are trying to decide which intimate treatment is right for you, our guide to Brazilian vs. Hollywood waxing for men breaks down what each one actually removes. For the body treatments not covered on this page — back, chest, arms, legs — the full breakdown is on the male waxing services page.
We searched Google Places (New) for "male waxing", "manscaping" and "brazilian wax masculino" within a 15km radius of Harlesden, London, on 5 August 2026, and collected every distinct business returned: 56 businesses, 55 with a working website. Excluding our own listing, that left 54 competitor websites. We successfully retrieved and checked content from 50 of them — a gap of 4, accounted for by one dead domain, one page that returned a server error, and one website shared by two separate listings (both excluded, since a shared site cannot be checked twice). For each site, we checked the homepage for a published price attached to a male treatment, and followed an obvious "prices" or "pricing" link where one existed in the site's navigation. We did not create bookings, request quotes by phone or email, or crawl beyond the homepage and one linked price page — so a small number of businesses may publish prices somewhere we did not reach (behind a login-gated booking widget, for instance, or a page not linked from the main menu). A treatment counted as "published" only if it was explicitly attributed to a male, men's or intimate-for-men service; general Brazilian/Hollywood pricing shown only under a women's section, and course-based laser hair removal pricing, were excluded from the comparison as not like-for-like.
This page reflects a snapshot taken in August 2026 and will be revisited periodically as prices change. If you run one of the businesses listed here and your pricing has changed or was missed, get in touch and we will update it.
Why do so few salons publish male waxing prices?
We cannot say for certain — we only measured what is published, not why. It may be that treatment length varies more for men (hair density and area size differ more than a standard consultation script can capture), or that some salons prefer to price after a brief in-person assessment. Either way, it means a client comparing options has to contact several businesses just to build a like-for-like price list, which is the gap this page tries to close.
Is this list every business that offers male waxing in London?
No — it is the 50 competitor websites we successfully checked out of 54 found via a Google Places search centred on Harlesden with a 15km radius, on the date stated above. Businesses outside that radius, or without a Google Business Profile, are not included.
How often is this updated?
We plan to re-check pricing periodically as part of our own market monitoring. The date at the top of the methodology section is the most recent check.
